Requirements:
•Applicants must be a graduate of BS in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science or any related course from a reputable University
•Must have a minimum of 1-2 years experience in BPO operations
•Knowledge in Software, Hardware and Network Troubleshooting (LAN/WAN)
•Knowledge of Servers, Routers, Switches, PABX systems is advantage
•Basic knowledge in Programming is an advantage
•Must be English proficient both in oral and written communications
•Strong results orientation and initiative
•Team player but can also work independently with minimum supervision
