Sales and Marketing Officer/Sales and Marketing Executive
Requirements:
Ø Graduate of any 4-year course
Ø Male or Female
Ø Well-groomed and with pleasing personality
Ø Above average communication skills( Good command of written/spoken English)
Ø Computer literate (Excel, MS Word, Power Point)
Ø Good presentation and analytical skills
Ø Experience in External Marketing is an advantage

HR Officer/HR Supervisor

Requirements:
• Female, not more than 35 years old
• Graduate of BS-Psychology, Behavioral Science or Human Resource Management
• Must have at least 5 years solid experience as an HR Practitioner in a Manufacturing and Distribution company.
• Knowledgeable in Recruitment, Employee Relations, Performance Appraisal, Compensation and Benefits Administration, Company Policies and Procedures, Labor Issues, Organizational Development and Training.
• Must be familiar with all Microsoft applications/ Must be proficient in Window- based program such as Word, Excel, and Power Point

• Required skill(s): Strong analytical skills, attention to details, management skills.
• Experience in all aspects of HR Management is an advantage
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Focused, committed, patient and can work under pressure
• Reports Directly to the President.
• Successful Applicant will be part of the MANCOM.
Assistant Operations Supervisor/Manager

Ø Responsible for daily coordination and supervision of converting line dedicated to pre press continuous flow of production.
Ø Responsible for converting raw files to acceptable output without destructing/distorting the look of the images.
Ø Responsible for creating a unique paper based printing products that would open a window of opportunity of attracting more clients.
Ø Strong direction in meeting the schedule.
Ø Monitoring all works for quality and timeliness of the pre press department.
Ø Responsible for coordinating with sales department and will serve as technical point person.
Ø Responsible for exhausting possible technical aspect of the file before taking considerations for mass production.
Ø Responsible for coaching and feedback to supervise team members including scheduling and quality of proof presentation.
Ø Help determines production load capacity and acceptability.
Ø Ensuring safety measures and internal control of company properties.
Ø Responsible for minimizing material spoilage.
Ø Responsible for directing on the ground production direction.
Ø Responsible for output monitoring if it is within acceptable standard performance.
Ø Responsible for making department report.
Ø Responsible to communicate effectively to all levels.
Ø Reports directly to operations manager
Ø Performs other jobs assigned by the management from time to time.


Bookkeeper
• Must be a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from a reputable school
• At least 25 years old
• With at least two (2) years experience in accounting/bookkeeping
• Computer literate (MS Office, Accounting Software, etc.)
• Fluent in written and oral English
• Must have good interpersonal skills
• Can work with minimum supervision and deal with senior management
• Willing to work long hours and under pressure

Starting Salary offered will be commensurate to the relevant work experience of the applicant.
